Marlene Botter will also have the spotlight focused on her ranch full of violations. One should question why Matt Rexroad is helping Charles Shaw of El Dorado Hills smear Brenda Cedarblade; who is one of his constituent's; Matt Rexroad a Yolo County Supervisor 3rd District should behave like one.

Marlene Botter and her attorney Kent Calfee turned in Brenda Cedarblade to the Yolo COunty Board of Supervisors for having horse barns that are ag exempt. The county is requiring the barns be changed to type U occupancy.
Marlene Botter who runs Willow Creek Horse Park and Allendale Farms is a nasty lying person that enjoys turning in barns. She does not have permits. Rumor is they are threating elected officials that if they do not give her permits to operate exempt, she will have their jobs- yet she is the one turning in other barns.
Today Dec 12 2008 she got busted for putting up 3 additional barns without permits. She thinks she has so much money and because she slept with the "right" people to get to where she is today, she does not have to follow the rules she makes for everyone else.
She built in the green belt between Davis and Woodland. This was an area to be protected.
I understand the building dept shut her down today for building without permits.
Thier objective is not horses but a land grab. A way to use horses to change zoning. Possibly a 400 home development. She is also building a 20,000 sq foot veterinary clinic there, as we do not have enough veterinarians in the area. Yes that is what she told the board. She is next to UC Davis VMTH and small animal clinic.
